Our seasonally inspired Vegetarian menu

Our menu is inspired by the produce currently available from our family farm, Eaters Acres, as well as other locally available produce. While there are many favorites that are often available, most of our menu items, including our vegan and pastries, rotate regularlly based on what ingredients are currently available.

Local Oyster Mushroom Ragout

Oyster Mushrooms from Inspiration Acres with farm herbs, garlic & onions served with a choice of yogurt or tahini dressing topped with microgreens from Frederick Microgreens

Beans & Greens

A mix of Eaters Acres greens, canneli beans with farm herbs, garlic & onions served on house focaccia with a choice of yogurt or tahini dressing topped with microgreens from Frederick Microgreens

Lentil Cup

Layers of seasoned potatoes baked with pureed red lentils with tahini dressing topped with microgreens from Frederick Microgreens. Served with toasted house focaccia and seasonal veggie slaw salad.

Egg Cup

Layers of potatoes baked with herb seasoned Eaters Acres free range eggs. Served with toasted house focaccia and seasonal veggie slaw salad.

Kale & Walnut Pesto

Eaters Acres kale blended with roasted walnuts and garlic to make a hearty winter pesto(non-dairy) that is served served on house focaccia with a choice of yogurt or tahini dressing topped with microgreens from Frederick Microgreens

"Creamy" Mac & Garlicky Greens

Our non-dairy creamy mac sauce on elbow pasta topped with our garlicky greens made from a varity of Eaters Acres greens as available. Served with toasted house foccacia and seasonal veggie slaw salad.
