Sustainable foods are our passion and the most sustainable foods are sourced locally. The produce sourced locally is the freshest, which means it taste better and it supports our local growers, so that is the inspiration behind our menu. That is where it all comes from.
Our menu is all vegetarian, mostly vegan, but we do love our little ladies from Eaters Acres and the eggs they provide us. We believe the most sustainable farming systems incorporate livestock, which we find is most beneficial with a flock of egg laying poultry. The Eaters Acres flock is mostly chickens, but are a few guineas who run around keeping eyes on everyone and alerts them to any intruders. For those who eat eggs, we hope you enjoy what the little ladies provide and for those who do not, we always have plenty of vegan options. We also believe that vegetables are amazing and eating plant-based is essential to sustinable living, so that is why our menu is mostly vegan.

**By the way...we won't have fresh strawberries on our menu in February, because they don't grow here until late spring & summer. That's the fun of a seasonal menu!
